The 5 Most Unconventional Characteristics of Successful Innovators | Day 303

As I was flipping through my ever growing stack of idea-filled booklets (pictured above), it struck me that I've amassed a treasure trove of notes from engaging with 500+ celebrities, leaders, and experts over the years.

Having the privilege of accessing the minds of these remarkable individuals is both an honor and a rarity that I deeply appreciate.

Yet, it dawned on me – what value do these insights hold if they remain confined to my notebooks?

Recognizing the exclusivity of this knowledge only fuels my desire to share these learnings with all of you. Keeping it to myself would simply not do justice to the significance of these interactions. After all, the essence of this newsletter is rooted in mutual growth and empowerment.

While I have a wealth of incredible notes waiting to be unveiled, I will do my best to gradually open them up and share with you any gleaned insights uncovered over time.

As a first go, I couldn’t help resist uncovering the unconventional patterns that thread through most of my conversations.

So, on LinkedIn, I posted the 5 most unconventional characteristics of successful innovators that have most stood out to me.

I invite you to join in on the fascinating comments and conversations already unfolding. What would you add to the list?

Here’s the link again.
