I haven't been able to sleep. | Day 58

Thanks to both jet lag from a recent family trip to Japan and a mind buzzing with business strategy, I found myself in a YouTube rabbit hole at 2 am.

No matter how much prep one does, isn't it funny how things never go as planned? This is certainly the case for me with The Well Home. The areas I'd expected quick results from are proving more complex, while unexpected opportunities are popping up out of nowhere.

The key is to keenly observe my customers' reactions and unresolved problems.

During my late-night web surf, I stumbled upon a podcast interview with Alex Hormozi on Steve Bartlett's DOAC show. While I'd never heard of him, and his niche—resurrecting failing gyms—seemed random, I was hooked. But as I've learned, sometimes inspiration strikes from the most unexpected places.

As I zombie-clicked through related videos, I hit upon a gem: a past lecture by Hormozi. Amidst all his insights, one line hit home: "Strategy is how you choose to allocate your limited resources against unlimited options. It's simply about prioritization."

Bingo! That's what I needed to hear. I realized I needed to recalibrate my strategy in light of market feedback. I can't be everything to everyone; I needed that key reminder to prioritize, focus, and intensify efforts where they're working. That's the trick to hitting a moving target.

So here I am, not discarding ideas but reshuffling my priorities based on what customers are communicating. It's a continuous dance of listening, learning, and adjusting.

Can you relate?
